	Upcoming January Events
	Simple and sophisticated wine pairings are available each weekend in January. Each event will hosted by the Winery of Ellicottville owners. Dominic and Sam will guide you through a wine and food experience. Eat What I Eat—Saturday, January 7th @ 7pm Not your average wine pairing. Sam will bring out the simple foods that he likes to eat. Guests will be sampling cheeses, aged meats, fruit, candy, and snacks paired with Winery of Ellicottville wine. Desserts Galore—Friday, January 13th @ 7pm Tasty desserts will be featured in week two. To satisfy your sweet tooth, cake, chocolate, and pie will be on the menu. Barrel Tasting Saturday, January 21st @ 6:30 You will be the first to taste the 2011 Barrel reds. Dominic will be pulling samples from the barrels for guests. Chef John Haley will prepare some hearty appetizers to pair with the big reds. Seafood and Wine Friday, January27th @ 7pm Chef John Haley will return with seafood samplings. Winery Events are $15 in advance ($18 day of). Space is limited, reservations are encouraged. Dress is casual. Snowsuits are acceptable. Be ready to enjoy great food and wine. 716-699-1055


	Fall Fest October 8th & 9th
	Come catch the falling leaves and changing colors this weekend in Ellicottville. The Winery will open extended hours for tasting and sales. New this year, the Winery will be serving wine by the glass in our upstairs room.


	Oldies Weekend 9/17 & 9/18
	Joins us in Ellicottville this weekend for live music in front of the winery on Saturday and the car show on Sunday.


	Summer Events
	The Winery of Ellicottville will be the host to two wine and food pairing events this summer. The first is on Thursday July 21st @ 6pm. The pairing will feature 5 Chef prepared courses paired with Winery of Ellicottville wines. The second, on Thursday August 18th @ 6pm will feature the unreleased barreled reds. Call for reservations.


	Farmers Market Season
	Each Saturday morning the Winery of Ellicottville will head out to local farmers markets. We will have wine available to taste and purchase at the Hamburg Farmers Market located in the Village of Hamburg. We will also be at the R.E.A.P. Olean Farmers Market, located in the JCC parking lot on select Saturdays throughout the summer.
